What happens after the loss? What is our purpose? How do we pick up and move forward? These are common questions we ask ourselves and sometimes we don't have the answer as we are still grieving and making sense of our loss. Even knowing this is going to happen we are not fully prepared for when that day comes. As we begin the healing process it is okay to move forward and find purpose. Ask yourself what you learned from your loved one and what strength they found in you. Know that these noted strengths were meant for you to move forward. Your loved one is with you within those strengths to guide you. This is a healing step that we manage one day at a time. Allow yourself to move forward and continue healing. ~~ Blessings Cammie
