Changing The Sheets


Sunday mornings are perfect for reflection and thinking of how we can motivate ourselves for the upcoming week. Sometimes our motivational goals are not work related. Our reflections can help us move forward from past relationships, old hurts, a better self; to name a few. Once we realize a change is needed, we are able to think about how to proceed. Change can be difficult, moving on can be difficult, but when you know it's time, find the courage and strength to move forward in your journey. When we can't move forward, we become stagnate and this often leads to resentment which affects our emotional well-being. So today, as you sit and reflect, think about what you want and where you want to be; it may be time to change the sheets. ~~ Blessings, Cammie
