As we are going through our journey, we reflect on memories and present with wonder. Memories forever stay in your heart and will never go away. When reflecting on the present, we can focus on rebuilding our identity, doing things we were unable to do. This is not always an easy task since we are still grieving, and our focus is more on our sadness. Letter writing and creating a memory box is an example of how we grieve and reflect together. This practice can have two emotional effects, sadness and happiness; allow yourself to feel both. As time goes on the sadness wanes and the smiles/happiness remains as we smile at the memory. Life is a journey with its ups and downs. We experience good times and bad times, but in the end, it is our journey filled with memories and blessings. ~~ Cammie
