Finding humor in a stressful day can be so uplifting and relaxing. It can remove the stress instantly as we focus on what we find funny; looking at other images, or thoughts of humorous moments. Humor is healing; it can turn a sad moment to a glimpse of a smile. If today you are having difficulty, find a photo or think of a thought and smile. It may be a memory of someone you are missing and recalling a time that you laughed together. Hold onto the humor to help you through your day.
