Do you have rhythm? Do you have a skip to your step? If you don't you can. Think about what it is you want to achieve, make a daily goal list, and add a timeframe to achieve your goal. The important feature is to set a goal that is achievable. All too often we set goals and expectations on too high of a scale. This causes disappointment and we end up not achieving our goal.
