Sometimes we just have hard days. We may have a dream that brings up old memories that cause us to wake with sadness. A way to counteract this feeling is to think of a memory that makes you smile and laugh; hold onto that feeling. You may have a heavy heart throughout your day but remind yourself how far you've come, find something that brings you comfort, a blanket, a shirt; maybe a walk in thr crisp air or warm air depending upon where you live. You can also write a letter expressing your sadness. Finding something helpful can make your day a little brighter. ~~Blessings Cammie
