Kindness Wednesday is something I decided would be a day where the focus is on being kind. Being kind can simply be smiling at a stranger, lending a helping hand and listening to someone who is hurting. Not all people share their woes and mask what they are going through. Being kind is an unnoticed reward that makes you feel good inside. Knowing that you did something positive and good for someone else is a great reward and feeling; it keeps the positive in the day.
Think about creating a positive jar filled with positive affirmations on little pieces of paper. Every morning, take out a paper from your jar every morning, hold it in your mind. This should help you maintain a positive feeling despite the obstacles the day may bring.
