I use letter writing as a go to when I need to express myself but am not able to share what I need to say. Letter writing is very therapeutic as it allows us to express our emotions and not allow them to fester within where those emotions show themselves as anger, irritability, or sadness. Have you ever written a letter to your 5-year-old self and seeing how at that time allowed you to be where you are? I remember doing this and thanking my 5-year-old self for helping get to my journey. This is really a good exercise as it shows your growth and how you've managed situations. Try this exercise by adding it as an entry in your Journal for Healing. ~~Cammie
