There are moments within our day when we sit back and just wonder why. Maybe your morning got off to a rocky start and everything after followed suit. If or when this happens, take a moment, shut your eyes and breathe, focus on your favorite spot where you feel calm and are able to block out the unnecessary noise. Listen to the beauty of birds singing, the ocean tide slowly coming in, the trees rustling. Feel the change this makes in your day.
