It is so important to have goals and the motivation to achieve them. When establishing goals keep them realistic and achievable, don't set yourself up for failure. Goals can begin as small goals which provide you with the motivation to move forward. For instance, today I will reach 10 pages of a book that I want to start, or another example, today I will write down 3 ideas for the plans I have. These are small and achievable goals. Once you are able to accomplish a goal you obtain the needed motivation to move forward. Every day is a new day to begin, every moment is a new moment to retry/re-establish.
