When seeking inspiration to make a change or to pick up where you left off in achieving your goals, take time to reflect where you are at, what made you stop and what you need to get back on track. It's okay to take a step back, it happens, life happens which causes an interruption in our achievements. The important piece is to not give up. You can pick up where you left off and continue to move forward. Sometimes what causes the slip is the obstacle that is needed to gain more clarity or to readjust your steps.
