Positive Feelings



Good morning! As we begin our day, reflect on what you are grateful for. The practice of being grateful provides us with positive energy which helps us stay in a positive light throughout our day. It provides the ability to work through obstacles easier than if we were showing an uncaring attitude. Reflect today on what you are grateful for and allow yourself to be open to the positives even in the negatives. I've been practicing this for a while now and I have to share that I have had more positive days than not. Accept what is because sometimes we are not able to control what comes our way, but if you can work through it in a positive manner.
