Positive Thinking

The hustle and bustle of the holidays can cause an increase in one's anxiety and we can find ourselves more irritable, short fused, and overwhelmed. Your first step in stopping these feelings from occuring, you must remember to breath and remind yourself that this should be a fun and glorious time but not one that causes us to feel overwhelmed.

This week I would like to share positive thinking skills and planning ideas to avoid feeling anxious, irritable and overwhelmed.

Today: Remind yourself today is going to be a good day. I am only responsible for making a list. Breath and then stretch.. feel accomplished. Thats it, you've accomplished your goal for today.
