Don't you love the sound of birds chirping? It can be such a beautiful sound! You may not see them, but you can hear them. Often when I'm walking and listening to the birds, I ask myself are they sending me a message from above, are they wishing me a good day, serenading me as I walk? It can be all of those things.
It brings about a sense of calm and peacefulness. If you find that you are struggling today and feeling overwhelmed, stop and listen to the calming sound that can relax you. Take a deep breath, slowly exhale and allow yourself to feel the calmness and peacefulness around you. Remind yourself that you are OK. Just taking a small break lessens the anxiousness that you may be feeling. It can help put things back into perspective, allowing you to continue your day with less anxiety and more calmness.
