As summer approaches more gatherings will be had. After a loss, some choose to avoid gatherings; anxiety is heightened, fear, sadness, an overflow of emotions can be felt causing you to want to isolate yourself. If you allow yourself the opportunity to join in with others, you can share in the laugher and conversation. You may feel awkward at first but push through and enjoy the company of others. You'll feel better and less alone.
It's okay to smile and have fun, laugh, and enjoy social gatherings. You may not stay for a long time, but n the time you are with others you'll feel less alone. You'll be glad you went, and others will be happy to see you and share your company. Many blessings, ~~ Cammie
