Unmotivated to Motivated

Yes - it's Monday again and you may not be feeling it. The question is how do you turn being unmotivated to motivated? Think about the tasks you've already accomplished to begin your day. You've begun your motivational track, now just keep it going. Every task you complete gives you more motivation to continue. Sounds simple, right? Well sometimes it isn't that simple; sometimes you need to stop and think of the tasks you've already completed. Focus on one goal that you want to achieve today, just one. This one focus will motivate you for the day and once you accomplish that goal, you'll set another because you know that you can do it! Remember - You've Got This! Think it and you can achieve it.
