4 Days In

Happy New Year Everyone! I apologize for not writing sooner, but I've been sick. So - we are 4 days into the new year, a new beginning, a new journey, a new you. What are some goals that you have thought about for this month? Maybe reading a little more, setting up a quiet area within your home for meditation and reflection? Having the mindset of setting a goal a month can help you with feeling empowered, a feeling of accomplishment. Goals help us stay focused and on track; the goals we set are goals that are possible to achieve. If we have expectations beyond our means, then we risk not achieving our goals and then we do not feel as good about ourselves as we should. Begin with setting a small goal one that you know you are able to achieve; give yourself a week or 2 weeks to accomplish. Once you complete your goal, you'll feel empowered to complete more.
