In today's age of hustle and bustle, going there and going here, we can find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, drained, and tired. In the everyday rush it is important to find a balance and that balance is key to keep our minds open and healthy. Focus on the moment and not 3 months from now as that will just make it harder and the feeling of overwhelmness will feel never ending. Today find the balance you need to remove the feeling of being overwhelmed, drained, and tired; find some "me" time. Reading a book for 15 minutes can do wonders as you get to sneak in a little time doing something you enjoy; not into reading - a short walk or a break for coffee or tea; something that will bring you a feeling of balance.
