The other day I was sitting and reflecting, struggling with my fears and anxiety. In my thoughts and my reflections I heard a tweeting song and I looked out the door and there was a sparrow on the ledge of the porch looking inside. It was in that moment I felt a relief of anxiousness and a sense of calming; I knew everything will work out.
