I'm not sure about all of you, but I know I am ready for a new year! Hoping that 2022 is more promising that the previous two. So many people have suffered from COVID; we just have to hope and pray that 2022 will be more of a healing year. To help with the healing, being able to process these past two years can be beneficial. Using a journal to write out your thoughts and feelings can be very healing as well as talking to someone. Sometimes just getting our voice heard can make us feel better. Over the next few days, I'm going to share some tips that you may find beneficial in moving forward in your journey into 2022.
