Grief and Expressing Your Pain

When we are grieving expressing ourselves can come in different ways. Some people avoid, isolate themselves; it is best to talk about your pain in a healthy manner. Avoiding and isolating only suppresses the emotions making it much harder to express as times goes on.

The pain of loss doesn't go away but it softens/lessens as time goes on. It is important to process your emotions to help you move forward on your journey. Identify what you need to help you move forward. ~~Cammie
