Holidays & Stress


The holiday season has arrived; for some it is so exciting but for others it can be stressful. How do you find a balance in order to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the season? Taking a small approach can allow for less stress and accomplishment. Write down what you want to achieve each day and as you complete the task instead of a checkmark, place a heart. A heart is warm, and it reminds you that you accomplished something - think of it as a small reward; who doesn't like to receive a reward? Write down what you believe you can accomplish in a day; do not go to extravagant; you want to avoid overwhelming yourself and the effect of that can be giving up. Small steps equal accomplishments in a balanced way. The key is to enjoy the holiday season without promoting added stress. So, begin today and remember keep it simple. ~~ Blessings, Cammie
