Motivation for 2022
When thinking of the new year many people decide to have new year resolutions. Sometimes these resolutions come to fruition and other times they do not. One of the things that I like to do is set goals with realistic timelines where I can see an accomplishment. I begin with simple goals like setting up a reading challenge, cooking at home more, putting time in for self-care. One of the realistic goals I did accomplish for 2021 was self-care. In accomplishing this goal, I was able to establish healthier routines. I did not read as much as I would have liked, but I did manage to read a few books. This year I am beginning another challenge of reading 8 books with a timeline of January 1st through June 30th. If you are so inclined to join in the venture of this challenge, leave a comment below.
