When we reach difficult days or times in our lives it is important to keep our minds in a good place. By this I mean disallowing negative thinking and only allowing thoughts that are positive. Think of your mind like an elevator door; when the door opens, we push those negative thoughts out only allowing positive thoughts to remain.
